Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services provided by Attitude Pozitive ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing or booking our services, you agree to the terms below.
1. Services Covered
This policy applies to all personal training sessions (in-person or mobile), training packages and programs, recurring subscriptions, and consultations or introductory sessions.
2. No Refunds for Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our services and the time reserved for each client, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Unused sessions are non-refundable once a package or subscription has commenced.
3. Consumer Guarantees (Australian Consumer Law)
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a refund or remedy if the service is not delivered with due care and skill, is not provided as described, or a major failure occurs.
4. Cancellations by Clients
Session cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments are forfeited and charged in full.
Subscriptions may be cancelled with at least 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.
5. Fixed-Term Packages
Fixed-term programs are commitment-based and non-refundable once commenced.
6. Cancellations by Us
We may cancel or reschedule sessions due to illness, unsafe conditions, or events beyond our control. In these cases, sessions will be rescheduled or credited.
7. Payment Disputes
Please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorised chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of services.
